If you prefer to sit field-level, opt for a seat in the last few rows of sections 128-135. For shade seekers who don't mind sitting higher, the upper rows in sections 330-335 are decent choices. Outfield sections 151-160 and center field sections 401-403 are sun exposed and receive almost no shade during the day.

Going to afternoon game where are seats in shade - Coors Field. Your best bet for sitting in the shade is most seats down the left-field line. If you can get Club Level seats (which are a bit more expensive) you'll love the vantage point.

To get the best view of the mountains, I would recommend seats in the upper levels #305 - 319, since the mountains are behind left field. There is also a new party deck above the right-field seats and you can get excellent views from there, as well.

From the Ford Field club you have windows to view the Dolphins as they make their way onto the field for player introductions. Food and drink (beer and wine) is included at the private clubs, as well as VIP parking. The 72 Club averages $1,000 per game for each of the 598 seats.

As we said, the best seats for seeing everything happen on the gridiron in perfect clarity are those perches on the 50-yard line. Between rows 10-20 is ideal as you can see the whole field without being too far away. Plus, these seats make it easy for you to follow the game as you have an equal view of both halves.

The Loge (200-level) is a decent choice for shade seekers, with the last 6 or 7 rows of each section under cover and shielded from the sun. The Reserve level sections RS 1-11 behind home plate also offers shaded seating in the back rows that are under cover.

Lower section 342, along the third-base side, is a designated family section. No alcohol is allowed. The sun can be brutal during afternoon games with little shade if you have seats along the first baseline, extending from right to center field.

Almost all sections on the 3rd base side of the park, including those at field level, club level and upper level, will be shaded. Outfield sections 151-160 will receive some shade once the sun dips behind the stadium.

The four red seats located in the first row down the first base line were purchased by the Coca-Cola Company when the ballpark first opened and are given away to some lucky fans for each game. Also of note, Coca-Cola products are the only soft drinks to be sold inside of Coors Field.

Fans on the 1st base side of the park between home plate and the right field foul pole are safely shaded. Gradually, seats on the 3rd base line will also receive protection from the sun. The sunniest spot is behind the left field wall, where fans are in the sun for the longest and may experience late-day glare.

The two silver seats, located about 10 rows behind the visitors' dugout, are known as the Silver Bullet Seats and are owned by the Coors Brewing Company. These seats are also given away to a pair of lucky fans before each game.

Shade seekers should look for a seat close to home plate at field level or plaza level. Sections 113-121 and 213-221 are usually the best options.
