It's not too late to register for the IRB session Phil will be facilitating tomorrow!This session, hosted byChicagoland Evaluation Association (tag), will examine the origin of Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and highlight their role and importance in evaluation and research involving human-subjects. He will also discuss the challenges that IRBs can pose for researchers– specifically around accessibility, cost, and unnecessary administrative hurdles. In response to these challenges, we will introduce our reimagination of an IRB, VIRB – a for the people IRB helping practitioners bring ethical research into action.https://lnkd.in/gMVvWJzU

Determining the visual design of a Strategic Plan is important for an organization, and that was my latter stage work for our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. Our Board had a great vision of how they hoped their Plan could be presented: with a fluidity of design, representing how the goals interweave; with colour and icon distinctions to easily identify each goal and its objectives; and with a move away from a numeric identification of goals, using instead key words to signal the equal importance of each goal in the Plan. This Plan will guide the work of the over the next three years, and we are excited to be underway!https://bit.ly/BCP_SP2326
