Really choppy connection on a Zoom call today. Others on call had no problem so I’m guessing it’s the Comcast line I’m effectively sharing with 300 of my dearest neighbors. Looked up DSL option and it only offers “High Speed Internet between 1.1-3 Mbps.” 😂

Dear @comcast I might need help. Apparently my TV now only gets @hallmarkchannel and the DVR only can capture their Christmas movies. At least that’s what my wife tells me.

@comcastcares Update: Comcast Cares contacted me and tried to help. They were unable to help, so they scheduled a tech to visit me. I'm getting less than half of the mbps than I'm paying for. Hopefully, the tech fixes it. I hated having to put my issues on Twitter, but I got results! Thanks!

@RealGlenMacnow Dish TV. Got rid of Comcast. They are a money grabber. I pay 89 a month and never have problems

I signed a 2 year agreement for @Xfinity home internet services and 11 months in they implement data caps? Can they modify terms of service during the contract period? To cancel I have to pay a fee but I didn’t sign up under these conditions. Seems shady. @NewJerseyOAG

@Xfinity I live in Rahway and I am stuck. I have kids in online school and the internet keeps lagging out with the 600mb down package. This is ridiculous. I have to reboot the router 5 times a day to get the speeds up. I am getting fed up but you are my only option. #Shameful
